SALTILLO CLAIMS:
Prior to installation, tile should be approved by the customer.
No claims for shade, texture, or color variation will be honored after install.
Saltillo Tile is NOT responsible for replacing the product or compensating on cost if:
- already installed/or installed incorrectly
a
- did not make Saltillo Tile aware of significantly damaged product within 24 hours of receiving the tile
b
SALTILLO RETURN POLICY:
- NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER 30 DAYS FROM INVOICE DATE.
- ONLY CURRENT STOCK IN FULL, UNOPENED BOXES WILL BE ACCEPTED.
- A MINIMUM 25% RESTOCKING FEE WILL BE CHARGED FOR ALL RETURNS.
- NO MATERIALS WILL BE ACCEPTED FOR RETURN ON FACTORY DIRECT/SPECIAL ORDERS, NATURAL STONE, OR DISCONTINUED ITEMS.
- RETURN FREIGHT MUST BE PRE-PAID.
- PLEASE EMAIL THE ORDER DESK FOR RETURN AUTHORIZATION
